Savory Stuffing with Wild Rice and Marinated Mushrooms

For feasting on those big bad cold winter days!
And here we go....

Stuffing:
Flax Seeds (ground)
Sunflower Seeds (ground)
Onions
Rosemary

Thyme
Sea Salt

Garlic

Blend on pulse until everything is well mixed and dehydrate for 4-6 hours. The stuffing needs to be firm enough to hold a texture but soft enough to crumble.

Mushrooms

Marinate in Rosemary, Thyme, Sea Salt and a bit of water and dehydrate while you're dehydrating your stuffing. They should be ready around the same time.

Wild Rice

Soak for 48 hours, change the water a few times and rinse thoroughly before eating.

Now that everything is ready combine and enjoy.
Yum, yum!
