Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies



Icing:
Cashews (soaked)
Agave Nectar
Lemon Juice
Vanilla

Coconut Butter
Blend until creamy then chill before using.

Cookies:
Almonds (finely ground)

Poppy Seeds
Dates
Agave Nectar
Lemon Juice
Sea Salt


Blend on pulse until well mixed. Shape into your favorite size cookies and dehydrate for 6-8 hours.

Ice, ice baby those cookies and enjoy!
